| - We ship all of our orders via UPS to the lower 48 states. Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska will ship USPS Prioity Mail, insured, and delivery confirmation. USPS standard delivery time on Priority Mail is 2-3 days. However, they have up to 14 days for delivery. Our preferred method of Shipping is via ground services from UPS.
- Orders received Monday through Friday by 11 AM Central Standard Time will ship same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
- If there is a holiday your order will ship the next business day.
- Our shipping zip code is 75078.
- If your trying to decide if you would like to Expedite your order visit www.UPS.com and key in your zip and ours and calculate the travel time for your package. If you Expedite your order we will get it to you in 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. Saturdays and Sundays do not count in the travel time.
- If you decide to Expedite your order it will be sent via UPS 3 Day Select, not overnight or second day.
- If you visit UPS and it says your travel time is 3 days or less via Ground and you decide to Expedite the order we will ship it GROUND because it will arrive in the time frame stated. Do not ask for a refund on Expedited charges if Ground will get to you in 3 days or less.
- In-stock items will arrive on your doorstep in three to seven business days after receipt of your order.
- If you use the Expedited shipping option, your products will arrive on your doorstep in one to three business days after receipt of your order.
- You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order via email.
